Ghostwriting:  The EditGhost can write either a screenplay or book for you.

Screenplays start at $75 per standard format page.  Calculate 100 pages as your average screenplay page count, or a cost of about $7500.  You may set up a payment schedule to ensure that getting your project completed is easy and affordable. 

The EditGhost may also write a ready-to-sell book manuscript from your idea, outline or unfinished manuscript.  Includes a full rewrite to realize your vision and ensure that your voice and style are maintained.  FEES START AT $50 PER DOUBLE-SPACED MANUSCRIPT PAGE for book manuscripts.  To help you plan and budget accordingly, keep in mind that most book manuscripts start at a minimum of 200 pages and go up from there.  A good average book size, for purposes of cost calculation, would be about 300 manuscript pages.  You may pay in easy installments that fit your budget.

Manuscript Overhaul:  Your work will be overhauled to a high standard.  Your input will be vital.  When complete, you'll have a polished manuscript, ready for proofreading.  STARTS AT $16 PER PAGE.

Comprehensive Structural and Line Editing:  The EditGhost will read and evaluate your manuscript, include text suggestions written into the manuscript, notes in margins, and separate notes and recommendations (20 pages or so for a complete, 300 page book).  This outstanding package will help you increase your writing skills, improve your work in progress and sell your work.  STARTS AT $12 PER PAGE.

Essential Line Editing:  The EditGhost will read and evaluate your manuscript, include text suggestions written into the manuscript, notes in margins, and separate notes and recommendations (10+ pages for a complete, 300 page book) that will give you the necessary tools to hone your manuscript like a pro. STARTS AT $10 PER PAGE.

Budget Line Editing:  A succinct yet very useful overview of your work, one that will help you improve quickly.  Similar to our Comprehensive and Essential editing packages but with slightly fewer report pages.  Starts at $8 PER PAGE.

Proofreading:  A professional, experienced editor will edit your manuscript for grammar, spelling and layout. STARTS AT $5 PER PAGE.  (Available only with purchase of more comprehensive editing services as listed above.)

Coaching:  You'll work directly with the EditGhost via phone and email as you complete your project under his direction and guidance.  All aspects of your work and technique will be covered as you progress.  Basic coaching package: 2 hours per week. STARTS AT $125 PER HOUR. 

The Fine Print:  Prices given are minimums for services; most quotes will be higher.  100 Page minimums on most editing projects.  All book page counts are based upon standard double-spaced, 1-inch margin manuscripts.  Turn around times on smaller projects can be a month or less; full-length books or screenplays can take six months or more to complete to a high standard.  The EditGhost reserves the right to accept only those projects deemed suitable, for whatever reasons.  Payment is accepted before each section of the project is started.
